Solids/Dyeing

This is the standard process for dyeing solid colors on polyester fabrics.

We have minimum 1500 meter per batch capacity machines so we can give standardized color matching per lot.

We are doing this process in Polyester fabric in single color or multi color.

Number of colors can be increased as per requirement.

In this process fabric goes from one roller to another through a deep dye bath until the desired shade is achieved.
